How do I reset my password?
Visit the login page and click "Forgot Password." You'll receive a password reset link via email. The same credentials work for both the web platform and mobile app.
Is the mobile app free?
The StuntPitch Coordinator mobile app is free to download, but requires an active coordinator subscription to access its features. It's designed as a companion app to the main web platform.
Can performers use the mobile app?
Currently, the mobile app is exclusively for stunt coordinators. Performers can access their profiles, manage opportunities, and communicate with coordinators through the main StuntPitch web platform at stuntpitch.com.
How do projects sync between web and mobile?
Projects automatically sync in real-time between the web platform and mobile app. Any changes you make on one platform will be reflected on the other within seconds. If you experience sync issues, try logging out and back in, or contact support.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Visit your account settings on the web platform and navigate to the "Subscription" section. You can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of your current billing period for downgrades.
How does the AI search feature work?
Our AI-powered search analyzes performer profiles, photos, resumes, and skills to match your specific requirements. Simply describe what you're looking for in natural language, and the AI will find relevant performers. For more information about AI features and their limitations, see our AI Services Disclaimer.
What browsers and devices are supported?
StuntPitch works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. The mobile app requires iOS 13+ or Android 8+. For optimal performance, we recommend keeping your browser and operating system up to date.
